Wood Destroying Insect Inspection
Our WDI Inspections are performed by a trained and registered pest inspector. The inspection is a visual inspection of the readily accessible areas of the structure including attics and crawlspaces.
Wood destroying insects include: termites, carpenter ants, carpenter bees, and re-infesting wood boring beetles.
Upon completion of the inspection, the client is given the NPMA-33 Form entitled Wood Destroying Insect Inspection Report, which may be required for HUD, VA, FHA or privet lenders.

Satisfaction Guarantee: The
following Inspection Satisfaction Guarantee is available
to Clients who physically attend the entire Inspection:
At
the end of the inspection, if the Client is not completely satisfied with any
inspection provided, that inspection fee will be waived on-site and no
inspection report shall be issued to the client for that inspection.
Our inspectors never perform work on, nor refer contractors for, any
repairs or maintenance found during their inspection. This means that we do not have anything to gain by finding something
wrong.
OmniSpect only uses home inspectors who are members of ASHI. (The
American Society of Home Inspectors) No other inspection organization has a higher standard than ASHI. ASHI inspectors have to pass the National Home Inspector Exam, perform
all inspections to ASHI standards, fallow the industries highest Code of Ethics and complete 20 hours of continuing education
every year. |
