Tag-Team Approach

OmniSpect has developed and refined the two-man home inspection.  The home will be broken up into components: roof, exterior, basement, attic & interior.  One inspector will take the client through a component of the home.  When the inspector is finished going through that part of the house and the client has no more questions, the inspector will hand the client off to the other inspector. This second inspector will then take the client through another section of the house while the first inspector goes and enters his findings into the computer.

This technique allows OmniSpect to take a client completely through the home with no down time and since the report was being created during the inspection, it will be printed out and handed to the client at the end of the inspection. 

This is the most efficient way to perform a home inspection.
