My buying clients recently had their soon to be new home inspected by Bob MacDonald from Omnispect. Bob is one of the best home inspectors on the Seacoast of N.H. He takes his time with his inspection and points out what is good about the home and what to keep an eye on in the future. He makes certain that they understand exactly what he is discussing , be it the electrical panel or the workings of the furnace. He then take a moment at the end of the inspection to encourage the new home owner to always use a licensed professional when it comes time to have things serviced and or replaced/ repaired and that they can always reach out to him if they have additional questions. As I mentioned earlier in this post. He is one of the best.

In addition to our general home inspection, we requested both termite/ant and mold analysis. I greatly appreciated that he advised us that the additional expense of the mold evaluation was really not necessary based on his review of the property, saving us several hundred dollars. The overall report was timely and thorough. Highly recommend!
