Bob is an excellent home inspector. He is extremely knowledgeable and took his time to explain everything to us while we went through the house. He also gave us tips on what things needed to be done over time to keep our house in the best shape that we can. He also taught us some things about the house that we should know going forward. I highly recommend him to everyone that needs a home inspection.

We were one of those crazy retired people who decided to move….and to move to a state we didn’t know….yes Crazy. We found a great house and a great location and we really knew only what the brokers had told us and as you know brokers only tell you what they think you want to hear. We ran around trying to find all of the right people to get things ready and we were told we had to have the home inspection; something we thought would be boring and routine, and maybe they would tell us something that was obvious. Boy were we wrong. Bob was the perfect guy to have on our side. He pointed out things we saw, things we had no idea about, things the brokers had no idea about; it was really an education for us on what to look for when buying a house….and this wasn’t our first house. I got more education on how to take care of a house in Maine, than any website could ever provide. Bob was our first home inspector that we were glad we had and we will track him down for the next home we buy….if we are that crazy again!

I never leave google reviews, but these guys deserve the highest rating! I cannot say enough good things about this service. Our recent home inspection could have returned horrible news about the home and I still would have been thrilled with Omnispect. Bob did not just inspect the home, but literally educated us on how to properly maintain and care for every single thing.
